Subscription Terms

The subscription service

• Subscriber access reveals current unsettled simulated paper-position details that guest visitors cannot see and delivers corresponding website activity updates by email.
• The subscription is scoped to the named tournament and is not a general subscription to every current or future Football Odds Lab competition.
• Public settled records, protected current activity, email timing, and available features may change as the system operates and is maintained.

Paper trading and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase subscriber access. Football Odds Lab records simulated paper positions only. It does not accept or place real-money bets, manage your funds, provide personalised financial or betting advice, instruct you to place a bet, or guarantee any outcome or return.

Price and recurring payment

The current price is $39.00 per month, including GST. Stripe charges the first month when Checkout is completed and automatically renews the subscription monthly until it is cancelled or reaches the configured tournament end on 30 May 2027.

Your account

• You must provide an email address you control and use its verification link before payment.
• Subscriber access links and browser sessions are personal to you and must not be shared, resold, published, scraped, or used to reproduce the paid service.
• You are responsible for keeping your email account and access links secure and for promptly correcting an inaccurate email address.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate the service reliably, but fixtures, odds, results, email delivery, third-party APIs, payment services, and hosting can be delayed or unavailable. We may make reasonable changes needed to maintain security, accuracy, provider compatibility, or the paper-trading workflow.

Historical performance

Historical simulations, past paper-trading performance, ROI, profit and loss, drawdown, and win rate describe recorded past data. They are not forecasts or promises of future results.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Football Odds Lab is not responsible for personal wagering decisions, bookmaker availability, market movement, or losses resulting from acting on website or email information.
