Billing & Cancellation Policy

Price and renewal

• Subscriber access costs $39.00 per month, including GST.
• Stripe charges the subscription when Checkout is completed and automatically charges it again each month using the saved payment method.
• Billing is scheduled to stop automatically at the configured tournament end on 30 May 2027. It does not automatically continue into the next tournament or season.
• Stripe issues the relevant receipt or invoice and securely handles payment details.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the Football Odds Lab unsubscribe page or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation is effective immediately: current subscriber website access and paper-position activity emails stop, and the Stripe subscription is cancelled.

Refunds

A voluntary cancellation or change of mind does not receive a pro-rata refund for unused time in the current billing month. This does not limit rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a paid service has a major problem or was not supplied as represented. Contact support@footballoddslab.com about duplicate charges, billing errors, or a service problem.

Failed or disputed payments

Stripe may retry a failed recurring payment. Subscriber access is synchronized from the Stripe subscription status and may be restricted when the subscription is no longer active. Chargebacks or disputed payments may also result in access being suspended while the matter is reviewed.

Price changes

Any future price change will be disclosed before it applies as required by law. A displayed current price does not retrospectively alter a charge already completed through Stripe.
