Information we collect

• Your email address and records of email verification, subscription consent, access status, and communication preferences.
• Stripe customer, Checkout, price, and subscription identifiers and billing status. Card and bank details are entered directly into Stripe and are not stored by Football Odds Lab.
• Website analytics and technical information, which may include pages viewed, interaction events, browser or device details, IP address, timestamps, and server logs.
• Messages and support information you send to us.

How we use information

• To verify email addresses, provide subscriber access, send requested system-activity emails, and process or cancel subscriptions.
• To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website and understand how its public and subscriber features are used.
• To respond to support, privacy, billing, and account enquiries and maintain required business records.
• To prevent abuse, investigate failures, and comply with applicable law.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use service providers including Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for email services, Google Firebase for analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and infrastructure providers for hosting and database services. We disclose only the information reasonably required for those services.

These providers may process or store information in Australia, the United States, and other countries in which they or their subprocessors operate. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms.

Cookies and access tokens

Football Odds Lab uses necessary cookies or signed tokens to maintain administrator and subscriber access. Firebase may use browser storage or similar technology for analytics. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent subscriber or administrator access from working correctly.

Retention and security

We retain subscriber, billing-status, consent, security, and audit records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain financial records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction, and complaints

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy complaint, by emailing support@footballoddslab.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will review and respond within a reasonable period.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The current version and its last-updated date will remain available on this website.
